MESSAGING: How do I move a contact's reply to Yes, No, Other?
A. From the campaign, after clicking on one of the icons (Grey/All, Green/Yes, Orange/No, Purple/Other),
click on the contact's reply and move it to another icon, leaving a comment (optional)
